We are hiring workers in our metal saw shop, wood sand & stain department, and in our furniture assembly team. Works under general supervision to prepare materials (metal or wood). Experience with saws is a must for the metal shop position. Performs high quality repairs to various unfinished surfaces in the shop. Cleans and polishes blemishes as needed to prepare wood for staining in the wood position. Uses various types of sandpapers, polishes, adhesives, masking mediums, solvents, finish materials, hand tools and various power tools to finish wood. Complies with all safety, and housekeeping policies. Uses personal protective equipment. Works with lead and higher skilled technicians to develop and implement process improvements that increase safety and quality. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Perform other duties as assigned. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
