$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Ability to consistently meet production goals Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions Motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn multiple production functions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to grasp, reach, stoop, and inspect products for quality, including color verification Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed Job Duties Perform a variety of production tasks, including collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping Become proficient in at least three production functions Verify product quality and ensure all work meets company standards Prepare products for shipment while meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs) Support shift supervisors and area leads with daily production activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures Assist in other production areas as needed to support operational goals Perform additional duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. What You Will Do As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow production procedures.
