Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our screen print team. In this role you will be responsible with helping our screen printer during the print process, packing orders, heat pressing direct to film, screen cleaning & intaking ups. More responsibilities may be added, including screen printing with the right person. Hours will vary depending on season/work load. Responsibilities Assist with orders by catching shirts off heater and packing. Pressing garments for direct to film orders Writing packing slips Intake of UPS/laying out orders/updating schedule Cleaning screens Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards in production environments. Requirements Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail Packing orders Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and manual handling procedures. Experience with receiving goods/cross checking with orders Experience working in a screen print shop is a bonus Paid holidays & employee discount start after 90 days

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
