Our client, a leading concrete production facility, is seeking a Labor to join their team. As a Labor, you will be part of the plant operations supporting production, maintenance, and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Starting times are where needed - it could be 2 am, 4 am or 7 am. Typically 10.5 hours a day or unless work is finish What's the Job? Assist in the production and handling of ready-mix concrete and related materials. Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the plant, including cleaning equipment, work areas, and loading zones. Operate basic hand and power tools as required. Assist with loading and unloading materials, aggregates, and supplies. Monitor material levels and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when needed. What's in it for me?
