Required Skills:

Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments; night shift experience is a must for night roles Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and safety Ability to follow strict safety protocols, including proper PPE use and Lockout-Tagout procedures Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards supporting supervisors and colleagues Comfortable working in physically demanding settings: standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Nice to

Have Skills:

Previous experience in the poultry or food production industry Familiarity with USDA quality standards and Quality Assurance practices Basic equipment troubleshooting and monitoring capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred Prior production line or manufacturing experience, especially with night shifts
