Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Hard Work. Good People. Fair Pay. We're hiring a Skilled Production Operator for the WCC Heat Pump Production Line on 1st shift. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Commitment to quality and workplace safety Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience required Automotive industry experience strongly preferred Warehouse or production experience is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Job Duties Operate machinery, tools, and equipment used to assemble heat pump units Follow work instructions and production specifications for the WCC Line Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy Verify parts are installed and functioning properly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Assist with general production and assembly tasks as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Pay is good." - Staffmark Production Associate What You Will Do As a Production Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Production Operator contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift. The Production Operator supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety. This profession rewards individuals who enjoy manufacturing and working as part of a production team.
