Production Machine Operator Requirements Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment. Stand for 8-10 hours per shift. Frequently bend, reach, and twist. Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to safely work around industrial machinery. Job Duties Operate production machinery used in the manufacturing of commercial floor mats. Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed. Load raw materials and remove finished products from the machine. Inspect mats throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
