Production Associates may work in a variety of roles, including Forklift Operator, Machine Operator, Material Handler, Palletizer, and Stuffer . Successful candidates are safety-minded, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (as assigned) Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility Stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment Monitor production processes and product quality Follow work instructions and production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Assist with general production duties as needed Qualifications and Skills Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Strong attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable using computerized equipment and production systems Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety 2nd and 3rd Shift Opportunities Available Hablamos Español Apply today and become part of a growing manufacturing team!
