Approximately 2 weeks on Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Production Worker to join our production team. This position involves operating a sit-down forklift, supporting material handling operations, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as part of a small third-shift crew. Responsibilities Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility. Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist with loading, picking, moving, and staging materials as needed. Follow directions carefully and apply feedback to improve performance. Support production operations through material handling and inventory movement. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Take initiative to complete tasks and contribute to daily operational goals. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications Required Skills Strong reliability and attendance record. Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Willingness to work overnight hours. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, mill, or warehouse experience. Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience. Experience operating a sit-down forklift or willingness to learn. Material handling, inventory, loading, or picking experience. Work Environment Production facility environment. Temperatures may vary, including hot conditions in summer and cold conditions in winter. Small, team-oriented crew where reliability is essential.
