What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily production operations while developing valuable industrial skills.
Responsibilities Include:
✅ Support steel manufacturing and production processes ✅ Learn to operate advanced production equipment ✅ Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers ✅ Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility ✅ Perform grinding, finishing, packaging, and other production tasks ✅ Inspect products and use measuring tools to ensure quality standards ✅ Train and operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment ✅ Maintain production records and support housekeeping initiatives ✅ Follow all safety procedures and wear required
