Perform general production tasks in a manufacturing environment. Engage in assembly and packaging tasks. Utilize hand tools and tape measures for precise operations. Conduct troubleshooting and basic maintenance on machinery. Load and operate forklifts as needed. Essential Skills Experience with machine operation and extrusion machines. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general labor and production tasks. Familiarity with troubleshooting mechanical issues. Capability to work with packing materials and techniques. Work Environment The position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, alternating between days and nights from 7-7. The work environment is fast-paced and requires adherence to safety standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blythewood, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
