General Production Worker Job Description Join our team to assemble custom window frames from start to finish. You will utilize measurement tools to ensure precision, perform quality checks, and operate various hand and power tools. Your role includes handling and moving heavy materials and performing final inspections before shipment. Responsibilities Assemble custom window frames accurately from start to finish. Use tape measures and other measurement tools to ensure all parts meet specifications. Conduct quality checks on all completed windows to maintain high standards. Operate table saws, trim saws, sanders, air nailers, and other hand and power tools efficiently. Handle carts and material equipment to move windows over 50 lbs throughout the facility. Perform final quality checks on windows before they are prepped for shipment. Assist with other general labor tasks as needed. Essential Skills At least one year of production or manufacturing experience. Proficiency in reading and using a tape measure. Ability to lift over 50 lbs throughout the shift. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. Capability to stand for long periods and perform tasks seated or while bending over. Willingness to collaborate with team members to complete tasks. Openness to working overtime and flexible hours. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with blueprint reading. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
