Job Title:
Concrete Production Worker Job Description Join our team as a Concrete Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in preparing molds for concrete drainage systems, septic tanks, wall panels, baseball dugouts, and concession stands. Your work will involve using basic hand and power tools, working with rebar, and cleaning molds post-concrete pour. Responsibilities Prepare molds for concrete drainage systems, septic tanks, wall panels, and other structures. Regularly use basic hand and power tools. Work with rebar, tying pieces together for structural purposes. Clean molds once the concrete pour process is completed. Assist with housekeeping duties daily. Stand and walk for extended periods, while exposed to varying weather conditions. Regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Essential Skills Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to work outdoors year-round. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Proven attendance record and willingness to learn. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly. Experience in concrete, construction, general labor, and production. Familiarity with tape measures, forklifts, blueprints, assembly, finishing, packaging, sorting, packing, rebar, cleaning, carpentry, and grinding. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, typically involving 10-hour shifts, with occasional extended hours up to 12+ hours. The role involves physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and exposure to extreme weather conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ottsville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
