Position Overview Join a growing manufacturing team specializing in the production of ceramic and glass tile products. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor who are looking for long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Sort, inspect, stack, and package ceramic and glass tile products. Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards. Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures. Maintain productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Environment Industrial manufacturing facility. Fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, dust, and noise. Physically active position requiring standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements throughout the shift. What We're Looking For Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
