Production Worker

Overview Join a family business that has been operating on Oahu for more than 40 years. We are seeking dedicated and skilled full-time Production Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line and the overall production process. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties Build pallet orders and online orders. Operate juice and water cup filling / gallon jug blow mold machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility, adhering to safety protocols. Assemble products on the assembly line, ensuring quality standards are met. Fabricate components using hand tools and power tools as required. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with familiarity in operating various types of factory equipment. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Ability to lift and move materials as needed, demonstrating physical stamina. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production demands.
