As a Production Worker you will: Set up and operate machinery according to standard work. Make machine adjustments Learn how to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Understand and follow quality testing techniques Learn how to inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments and equipment Demonstrate proficiency in manufacturing documentation and labor transactions. Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position. Actively participates in the Continuous Improvement process as well as safety related activities Night shift The ideal candidate will have: Ability to learn machine operation and basic troubleshooting. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with production equipment. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and documentation. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and measurement skills. Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.

Pay Rate :
