Production Associate

DANNCO is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Production Associate to help produce custom apparel, trophies, plaques, and engraved goods for local schools, teams, and organizations. If you enjoy hands‑on work, design, and making cool custom products, this is a great fit. What You'll Do Create and prep artwork for shirts, uniforms, and custom items Run production equipment (DTF printing, heat press, vinyl, engraving) Set up and engrave trophies, plaques, nameplates, and awards Check orders for accuracy and quality Work with customers on design approvals and product details Help with team store orders and general shop support What We're Looking For Experience with graphic design software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.) Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters Comfortable with hands‑on production work Good communication and customer interaction skills Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects Willing to learn new equipment and processes Why Join DANNCO Creative, hands‑on work every day Family‑owned, community‑focused business Friendly team environment Your work is seen all over local schools and sports programs •On‑site in Centerville, IA •Full‑time position Please email resume to nate@dannco.com or drop off at Dannco in person
