Bicarb is a fast-growing sports supplement brand used by competitive runners, cyclists, and endurance athletes across the country. We manufacture and ship our products from our facility in Charles City and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to run daily order fulfillment and help on the production side. What you'll do Print and process daily orders from our Shopify store Pick, pack, label, and ship orders accurately (USPS/UPS) Keep packaging and shipping supplies stocked and the fulfillment area organized Assist with supplement manufacturing and packaging (mixing, filling, sealing, labeling) following written procedures Help with basic inventory counts and lot/date tracking Flag any order or inventory issues to the owner Schedule Monday-Friday, about 4 hours/day (roughly 20 hours/week) Start time is flexible — orders just need to ship the same day Potential to grow into more hours as we scale What we're looking for Dependable and consistent — orders go out every weekday Careful with details (correct product, correct address, correct labels) Comfortable on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs Basic computer skills; Shopify experience is a plus but we'll train Willing to follow food/supplement safety and cleanliness procedures (GMP training provided)
