Position Overview Team members may begin in a production role and receive comprehensive, hands-on training. Advancement to other positions is possible when availability allows. Key Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining the required quality of the Zurik product Recover Cu/Brass, circuit boards, and ICW Remove any other contaminants Keeps picking areas clean and orderly Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production Assists with maintenance activities as needed Candidate Profile Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to work, a strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior experience in metals or industrial operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
