No bakery experience required — we will train the right person. We're looking for people who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, food production, manufacturing, warehouse production, or similar work is a plus. What You'll Do Prepare ingredients and assist with food production Assemble our savory and sweet Australian pies Follow recipes, portioning standards, and production procedures Operate basic food-production equipment after training Package and label finished products Maintain a clean, organized production area Follow food-safety, sanitation, and USDA procedures Lift 50lbs and move ingredients, supplies, and finished products Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Work ethic, reliability, speed, and willingness to learn matter more to us than bakery experience.
