Part Time Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00 am -1:00 pm What you'll do Operate and maintain various production equipment, including Konica Minolta Press, Laminator, Foiler, and Slitter, to ensure optimal performance. Execute printing processes with precision while adhering to quality control standards. Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare artwork and layouts for production runs. Manage color consistency throughout the printing process, utilizing your knowledge of color management techniques. Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and workflows. Basic qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Preferred qualifications Experience in screen printing and prepress processes. Familiarity with typography and layout design principles. Background in manufacturing or related fields with hands-on experience operating machinery.
