BARD Material's Aggregate Production team is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator who will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading materials and supporting aggregate production operations.

Responsibilities:
Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed Utilize equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptly Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in the MSHA handbook Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team Requirements -
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining operations a plus Ability to understand material flow and stockpile management CDL License required BARD Materials provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
