• Support production, packaging, warehouse, and inventory operations
• Label, tag, bag, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
• Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the facility
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Support cleaning, organization, and facility upkeep
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Assist with seasonal production activities as business needs change
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What We're Looking For
• At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand and remain active for 10+ hour shifts
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work overtime and rotating schedules as needed

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Durant, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
