Position:
Production Trainer Description:
Effectively support new employees assisting with answering questions and training.
Responsibilities:
Support new employees to help answer questions on builds and work instructions related to builds Lead on the job training of new employees once the employee has completed the harness training program Maintain strong communication between the production team leads and assistant team lead and new employees Help carryout decisions that are associated with overall goals and objectives as stated in our company policies and as directed by Management Communicate issues that may prevent the successful completion of training in an effective and timely manner Assist in ensuring proper quality work is being performed and is in line with company Quality Policies Coach new employee owners with job related issues Manage completion of employee training checklists Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors. Previous leadership experiences is desired Basic math and computer skills Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve Operate with a sense of teamwork
