Apply Apply Now Job Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules. Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards. Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions. Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks. Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance. Perform all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc. Align with all safety and work instructions. Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises. Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle to conform to "make-to-order". Maintain competitive cost associated assembly including labor, material, tooling, inventory, etc.
For This Role, You Will Need:
High School diploma or GED required. Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs. Mechanical attitude (demonstrated through interest or experience in areas such as automotive, construction, computers, etc.). Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications and instructions. Use of precision measurement tool and gauges. Shop math and ability to complete calculations using handbook formulas.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment. 2 - 3 years proven experience working with CNC machinery, such as mills, lathes, or grinders. Our Culture & Commitment to
