Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm Advance Services is hiring a 1st Shift Production Worker in the Norway, IA area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and hands-on production work in a team environment.

Job Duties:

Work in all areas of production as needed Case and palletize finished product for inventory Assist with material handling, bottling, packaging, labeling, and blending equipment Complete required documentation, including worksheets and computerized tracking systems Monitor critical control points and report any food safety or quality concerns to a supervisor Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs Ability to occasionally walk up and down stairs and work from an elevated position Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Previous production, warehouse, packaging, or food manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Apply today to get started!
