Laminator II — Press Department Norplex-Micarta | Full-Time 12am-8am About the Role We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Laminator II to join our Press department. In this role, you'll work alongside our Press Operator to prep materials, set up press loads, and keep production running smoothly. It's a great fit for someone who's mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable staying active on their feet throughout the shift. What You'll Do Assist the Press Operator with daily press operations Inspect and weigh up b-stage material Operate the buffer and shears as needed Cut release film Lay up and break down press loads Operate a forklift as needed Complete accurate production paperwork Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all plant safety procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 6 months to 1 year of related manufacturing/production experience Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, with frequent reaching, bending, and material handling Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and 21-50 lbs. occasionally A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail
