Job Description
Summary Parker has several areas on the production floor which a candidate may be hired into depending on their experience, knowledge, and physical capabilities. Parker is hiring for 2nd (3pm
- 11 pm) and 3rd (11 pm
- 7 am) shift. Candidates can give their preference during the interview however hiring is based on needs pertaining to each shift. This position is a Monday
- Friday, 40-hour, on-site role.
Minimum Requirements Experience:
Production work preferred but not requiredPreferred Skills/Qualifications:
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills Basic knowledge and use of hand tools Sound decision making skills Good math, reading, writing skills Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Strong troubleshooting skillsSkills/competencies:
Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Other skills: Ability to work well in a team environmentAssessment:

Value Stream Team Lead Work closely with maintenance to resolve issues with equipmentWorking Conditions Required PPE:
Safety glasses and hearing protection Steel toed shoes Kevlar gloves Standing is required for extended periods of time. Walking, carrying, stooping, bending, reaching and lifting are done on a frequent basis.
