Job Description
General Production A hands-on role supporting daily production activities and helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This individual values teamwork, safety, and reliability. Why Work at Kooima Ag®

- Day-shift schedule with shifts starting at 7:00 a.m., supporting work-life balance Responsibilities Anticipated job duties include:
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Receive, move, and organize materials and finished products
- Prepare and package items for shipment
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as necessary — flexibility is key in a small company As Kooima Ag is a growing company of approximately 45 employees, job duties may be variable. Team members must be able to operate independently, think proactively, and adapt to changing production needs. Qualifications
