• Key Responsibilities Assemble products by following detailed work instructions and established quality expectations Conduct inspections of completed products to verify compliance with company standards Safely and effectively operate production equipment, tools, and machinery Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times Communicate any equipment, quality, or production concerns to supervisors Flex between workstations and departments as needed to support production requirements and customer expectations•Qualifications Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges Dependable with a strong attendance record and positive work ethic Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment•Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening•Why Choose Link?
