Dose Steelworks, a family-owned company, is looking to hire a General Manufacturing Team Member. Base schedule is M-Th•10 hour days; start time dependent on assigned department.

Requirements:

The role of this position is to assist the manufacturing team in a variety of ways•assembly, paint, machine work, maintenance•to manufacture trailers in a safe environment. Requires use of hand and power tools and ability to follow required procedures to ensure safety, quality, effective and efficient manufacturing. Ability to work in a high paced, team centered environment. Mechanically inclined. Past experience working with tools, wiring, and hydraulics a plus. Strong attention to details. Ability to lift 75lbs. is essential. Stand for long periods of time. General maintenance of equipment and ability to keep your work area orderly is required. Ability to pass a respirator test.
