Pay Rate:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hr. DOE

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the technical authority on semiconductor facility construction, including cleanrooms and high-purity systems. + Provide strategic guidance and industry best practices to define and standardize construction business processes. + Partner with design, engineering, and project teams to optimize workflows and resolve technical challenges. + Collaborate with technical writers/trainers to document, review, and secure approval of end-to-end business processes. + Support development of training and onboarding materials aligned to approved processes. + Participate in QA/QC reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while staying current on industry trends and regulations.
Requirements:
+ 10+ years construction; 5+ in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing + Expertise in cleanrooms, HVAC, electrical, and high-purity systems + Knowledge of
SEMI, IEST, OSHA
standards + Strong communication and leadership skills +
Preferred:
Procore, BIM 360, Primavera P6, ACC + Self-driven; able to lead SME sessions, document processes, and travel between sites
Preferences:
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field + Experience with global semiconductor clients or EPC firms + Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA 30, LEED AP)
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
