COPY LINK link Adecco is hiring a Production Operator for an electronics manufacturer in Boise, ID. Operators are responsible for performing a variety of product assembly, inspection, testing, equipment operation, and materialponent processing tasks to meet production schedule requirements while maintaining high quality standards. Pay starts at $17/hr. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Essential Functions Safely and efficiently meet all assigned production requirements by following instructions. Troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively, seeking guidance when necessary. Produce products that meet the highest quality standards in accordance with standard procedures. Perform visual inspections throughout the production process to identify defects such as damaged parts, incorrectponent orientation, missingponents, or incorrect part insertion. Conduct initial testing to ensure product conformity. Maintain ananized and clean work environment, including workstations, equipment, walkways, andmon areas, by following 5S practices. Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Stronganizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to read and understand written instructions, follow verbal directions, andmunicate clearly. Basicputer skills. Ability to work independently while also following direction. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and to sit or stand as required to perform essential job functions. Reliable and punctual attendance required, with availability to work assigned shifts and required overtime. Desired Skills Soldering experience. Light assembly using hand tools.

Pay Details:
