Critical Skills Machine Operation:

Set up and operate industrial single-needle, multi-needle, or specialized sewing machines. Thread machines, change needles, and adjust tension or stitch length according to material specs.

Assembly:

Match cut fabric pieces, panels, or components in the correct sequence and guide them under the needle to sew parts together.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished items and ongoing work for defective stitching, thread breaks, or material damage.

Maintenance:

Perform basic daily equipment upkeep, such as cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions.
