Job Overview Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking experienced and hands-on Production Foremen for a premier local manufactured housing client in Caldwell. These are long-term, direct leadership roles supervising plant production operations. We are actively recruiting qualified Foremen across three specific departments: Drywall Tape & Texture / Back Panel Chassis / Ceilings / Floors Cabinet Shop / Electrical Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise daily production line employees in your assigned department. Drive daily and weekly production goals while maintaining high quality and craftsmanship standards. Monitor workflow efficiency, minimize scrap/rework, and prevent production bottlenecks. Enforce all OSHA and company safety standards across your department at all times. Train and coach line workers to build a strong, performance-driven team culture. Requirements

Leadership Experience:

Proven track record supervising teams in manufacturing, residential construction, or trade work.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge relevant to assigned department (drywall finishing, structural framing/chassis, or cabinet/electrical assembly).

Bilingual Skills:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong plus.

•

Physical Ability:

Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced plant environment.

•

Screening:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Job Details Schedule:

4x10 Schedule — Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends every week! Extended hours/overtime as needed).

Pay:

$90,000 - $130,000 / year DOE (Includes base salary + quarterly performance bonuses).
