Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Entry Level Labor for our machine shop! Integrated Ideas & Technologies, Inc is a machine shop specializing in Aerospace and Defense work. This exciting role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in machining and material handling within a fast-paced environment. You'll be integral to supporting the creation of high-quality machined parts ensuring quality standards are met while gaining valuable industry experience. No experienced required. This is a great opportunity to learn a trade that is in high demand without incurring student loan debt. Duties Deburring Parts Installing Hardward Part marking with silk-screen and/or other required media Cutting bar stock Waterjet Operation Support CNC programming and machine setup tasks under supervision to improve efficiency and precision in production runs Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards in production environments Assist with tasks as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong Math Skills Reliable Flexible with tasks Embark on a career journey that builds foundational skills in manufacturing while working in a vibrant team environment. Day shifts start at 8am and swing shifts start at 3pm Pay $20-$22 DOE (swing shift differential available)
