Position:

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Production Hand to join our growing holster manufacturing shop. This is a hands-on position working directly with our team to manufacture high-quality Kydex holsters and related products. No previous holster manufacturing experience is required. We will train the right person on our processes, equipment, and tools. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a small, upbeat team.

Responsibilities:

Perform repetitive hands-on tasks involved in manufacturing Kydex holsters. Operate a variety of hand and shop tools after training. Learn to operate our in-house CNC machines and other production equipment. Trim, finish, assemble, and inspect holsters and components. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with general shop cleaning and upkeep. Follow production procedures and quality standards. Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Assist with other shop tasks as needed.
