Production Associate Location:

Boise, ID Schedule Day Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities Operate automated manufacturing equipment used in electronic assembly and PCB production. Load materials, monitor equipment performance, and perform basic machine adjustments. Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards are met. Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Complete production documentation accurately using computer systems. Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve daily production goals. Assist in other departments as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production environments. Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Work Environment Work in a clean and organized electronics manufacturing facility with individual workstations. Employees may wear ESD-safe equipment, including smocks and grounding straps, while working on the production floor. The environment emphasizes quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Meridian, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
