Job Description
As a team member of passionate malting professionals, you will learn the malting trade in an entry level position working an 8, 10 or 12-hour schedule on day, swing, or night shifts. This is a full time, regular position with a probationary period of 1,040 working hours. Essential Functions Follow all safety procedures and policies of the organization and when visiting a customer or potential customer, or a vendor or potential vendor site. Proactively identify and report safety issues including near misses and accidents. Ensure the safety of our product and people while doing what is best to create the safest environment now and for the future. Create an environment where people feel comfortable being themselves, speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, and mistakes. Promote an inclusive environment and ensure all employees are safe from harassing and discriminating behaviour. Foster an environment that inspires and motivates others. Drive continuous improvement and encourage learning and development not just in what we do but how we do it. Express excitement and enthusiasm for your work. Actively share knowledge, mentor, and coach others. Develop relationships with internal partners and cross-functional teams that makes a positive difference in the lives of our customers (internal and external).
