Position Summary HoneySalt Bakery is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization and accuracy. You will play a key role in ensuring orders and inventory are managed efficiently each day.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 11:00

AM Additional Hours:

Optional extra hours available in production Core Responsibilities Take and print daily customer orders Organize and prepare order paperwork for production Track and maintain inventory levels Print daily inventory labels Ensure all order and inventory information is accurate and up to date Communicate with production team as needed Additional Responsibilities Assist with general office tasks Support production team with additional hours if desired Requirements Strong attention to detail and organization Basic computer and printing skills Ability to work independently and stay on task Reliable and punctual Must be 18 years or older Must be able to remove jewelry and have no nail polish or acrylic nails while working in production.
