Job Description

Production Operator / Assembler Monday

•Friday | 1st

Shift:

5AM-1:30PM | $15.75

•17/hr Monday

•Friday | 2nd

Shift:

1:45PM-10:15PM | $15.75

•17/hr Production Operator / Assembler Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required One to three years of related manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documents Ability to use hand tools, including files, scrapers, wrenches, and assembly tools Ability to perform assembly operations involving bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, and other fasteners Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to read, write, and understand basic English, including safety rules and operating instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to carry out simple one

•or two-step instructions and adapt to routine production tasks Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts About the Production Operator / Assembler Role As a Production Operator / Assembler, your responsibilities will include: Assembling metal products, components, and cylinders according to blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications Fastening parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, and other assembly hardware Removing small quantities of metal using hand files and scrapers to achieve proper fit and finish between parts Operating drill presses, punch presses, automated equipment, and riveting machines to support assembly operations Performing forming operations on metal stampings and fabricated components Monitoring product quality throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with specifications Inspecting parts visually and using fixed gauges to identify manufacturing defects and verify quality standards Recording production quantities and completing required production documentation accurately Following all workplace safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area free of debris Assisting with additional production duties and special assignments as directed by management Why Work With Crown Staffing MEC Health, 24-Hour Group Accident, Short-Term Disability, Term Life and AD&, Dental , Vision, Behavioral Health, IDX Social Plus, FreeRX Earned Paid Leave (based on hours worked) Competitive pay Weekly pay Direct deposit with pay card option No fees for our services and ongoing support Opportunities for permanent placement and career advancement Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and employee welfare Walk-ins Welcome!
