Hiring:

Production Associate PROMAN Staffing is seeking a motivated Production Associate to support the assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of electronic products and subassemblies in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with electronics production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities:

Assemble components and housing units according to work instructions and engineering drawings Perform visual inspections to identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly installed components Conduct manual and automated testing of products and subassemblies Modify and update units to current revisions as required Wire-wrap cables and electronic terminals using hand tools Maintain production documentation and related logs Package finished products and required materials for shipment Verify material and component accuracy during assembly Operate hand tools, power tools, test equipment, barcode scanners, and computer systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with training new associates as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 1 year of electronics production experience strongly preferred Hand Soldering Certification strongly preferred Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workmanship standards Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment Ability to identify electronic components and follow technical documentation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
