Production Associate

Empire manufactures heaters, fireplaces, and grills which are sold in specialty retail stores all around North America. We are growing and looking for qualified candidates who are interested in growing with our company. Production Associate Responsibilities Work on a team to assemble metal fireplaces, heaters, grills, components, and accessories Follow visual work instructions to produce consistently high-quality products that meet specifications Apply protective coatings to manufactured fireplaces, heaters, grills, and accessories Machine operation Use Resistance Spot Welding to bond metal components and attach fasteners Handle sharp sheets of metal Set up and operate CNC machines to cut and form metal parts Operate Punch Press, Laser Cutter, or Press Break Maintain a clean and safe work environment Production Associate Requirements Able to stand most of shift (10 hours) Good technical knowledge Able to read instructions, drawings, and schematics Use hand tools, air compressed tools, power tools, identify parts Understanding of quality control principles Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance Must be 18 or older

Compensation Starting Pay:
