Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials and resources are available to meet production and customer timelines.
Adjust production schedules in real time based on rush orders, equipment downtime, material shortages, supply disruptions, and changing priorities.
Monitor production progress and communicate schedule updates, delays, risks, and potential impacts to key stakeholders.
Optimize production line utilization, minimize downtime, and support improvements in overall operational efficiency.
Partner with Quality and Operations teams to ensure production activities meet product specifications and applicable requirements.
Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, scheduling challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work with Demand Planning and Inventory teams to align production schedules with customer requirements and inventory levels.
Maintain accurate scheduling information within ERP and related systems.
Support a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Previous experience in production scheduling, production planning, supply chain, or a related manufacturing environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Inventory, Quality, or Operations teams.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly to changing production requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
ERP experience required; experience with Syteline or IFS is a plus.
MRP experience is a plus.

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and optimize production schedules across manufacturing and co-packing operations. This role will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure production plans align with customer demand, available materials, labor, equipment capacity, inventory, and delivery requirements.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Job Duties:
