This position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting cold press forging equipment to safely produce quality metal components.

Full-Time Responsibilities Set up and operate cold press forging and related production equipment. Operate and monitor machinery using switches, buttons, control panels, and displays. Adjust equipment according to established procedures and production requirements. Load and unload metal components as required. Monitor machines throughout production to ensure proper operation. Visually inspect components for defects and quality issues. Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices to verify part specifications. Record production and quality information accurately. Assist with machine, tooling, and production changeovers. Respond promptly to machine alarms, warning lights, and operating signals. Identify basic equipment or production issues and report problems as needed. Perform routine cleaning and maintain 5S standards. Follow all company safety rules, work instructions, and operating procedures. Qualifications Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Cold forming, forging, press operation, or metalworking experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of machine controls. Experience using calipers, gauges, or similar measuring instruments preferred. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 810 hour shift. Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Pay is based on experience. Apply today at JobsRUs.com!
