Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Associate to join our team Carol Stream, IL. This individual will be responsible for a role involving working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on producing high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation, and manufacturing processes within the food industry. Apply online and kickstart your career today! Pay, Schedule, and Location Ranging to $15 - $16/hour 7:30 am - 4 pm Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Located in Carol Stream, IL Duties and Responsibilities Operate bakery equipment and machinery in accordance with food regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards Assist in the preparation, mixing, and baking of various bakery products while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation protocols Ensure proper packaging of baked goods, adhering to quality standards and labeling requirements Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools following sanitation procedures Monitor production lines for consistency, quality control, and safety compliance throughout the shift Perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements and portioning as needed Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs or adjustments Operate other material handling equipment when required for moving ingredients or finished products. Follow all safety guidelines related to food processing, machinery operation, and workplace safety Other duties as assigned by owner or Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications 3 years of food handling experience Food Handler certification required Allergens certification required Prior experience in food production or manufacturing preferred; familiarity with food processing plants is a plus Knowledge of food regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards required Understanding sanitation procedures and food industry best practices Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance is desirable Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for measurements and recipe adjustments Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance and safety compliance Maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and regulations —-- (Salary range based on experience) —-- ABOUT
