Full-time, long-term opportunity with a path to permanent hire Build Something Real in a Smaller Shop Environment A small, family-owned manufacturer is hiring a hands-on Production Associate to build and assemble doors and windows. You'll get the consistency of production work without the atmosphere of a massive factory. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is handy, comfortable using power tools, and able to follow blueprints and detailed work instructions. Some processes are repetitive, so accuracy and consistent workmanship matter. What You'll Do Build and assemble door and window products according to blueprints and specifications Use power tools to complete production and assembly work Follow measurements, work instructions, and established production processes Check completed work for proper fit, alignment, and overall quality Maintain consistent workmanship while completing repetitive tasks Work alongside a small shop team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Comfortable reading and following basic blueprints Confident using power tools in a shop, construction, or manufacturing environment Handy, mechanically inclined, and able to learn new production processes Dependable and able to maintain accuracy throughout a four-day workweek One year of manufacturing experience preferred One year of construction experience preferred A college diploma is not required Experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, woodworking, assembly, cabinet production, or door and window manufacturing may transfer well into this position.
