Manufacturing Associate 7:00am -3:30pm

Experience Required:

Manufacturing, warehouse, general labor, or machine operation experience Job Overview We are looking for dependable General Laborers / Manufacturing Associates / Machine Operators with previous manufacturing or warehouse experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a plant environment, following safety and quality procedures, operating equipment after training, and performing physically demanding production work. Responsibilities Follow all standard operating procedures, company policies, and safety regulations. Operate production equipment and perform tasks according to training and supervisor instructions. Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process and report quality issues. Perform production line start-up and shutdown activities. Use required PPE and maintain it in safe, usable condition. Maintain accurate production counts and complete required documentation. Keep production areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Perform basic cleaning, greasing, and adjustments as part of equipment maintenance. Participate in cross-training across different production positions. Perform general labor duties as needed to meet production requirements. Assist with training new Laborers and Manufacturing Associates. Attend safety meetings and participate in safety audits. Meet established safety, quality, production, and attendance goals. Requirements Previous manufacturing, warehouse, general labor, or machine operator experience required . Ability to understand and follow safety, quality, security, and operational procedures. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and monitor multiple processes. Basic math skills and ability to apply them in a production environment. Ability to read and follow SOPs and equipment operating instructions. Forklift experience is a plus. Chemical handling or light chemical manufacturing experience is preferred. Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Understanding of Hazard Communication requirements. Ability to follow posted signs and facility instructions. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must successfully demonstrate understanding of safety procedures following training. Strong communication skills. Good attendance and punctuality required. Physical & Working Conditions Must have 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision . Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and maintain full range of motion. Ability to perform repetitive and strenuous work. Must be able to safely lift up to 70 lbs. Must be comfortable working in a plant environment with varying temperatures and physical demands. Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and, when applicable, chemicals. Ideal Candidate The strongest candidates will have experience as a Machine Operator, Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Warehouse Worker, Material Handler, or General Laborer and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Forklift experience, SOP experience, chemical manufacturing experience, and knowledge of LOTO are strong advantages.
