Qualifications High school/GED required. 1+ year progressive experience in a related field. 1+ year in Lab Operations Support Coordinator role preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic Systems knowledge with Oracle (WMS, NCT), MES, and Salesforce (Case Management) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Leverages technical knowledge of products to meet customer needs and understands market segments as well as market data trends. Demonstrates a concern for accuracy and thoroughness so that sufficiently detailed information is logged correctly. Ability to take instruction and independently execute on the directives. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Compensation/ Benefits Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $18.65 to $23.32 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. A Brief Overview The Production Support I is an administrative role responsible for supporting production activities through execution of the production schedule. Works closely with production teams to manage exceptions, resolve issues related to flow of work and communicating risks. Serves as central point of contact for internal cross functional teams. Organized problem solver and effective communicator with systems knowledge. Job Responsibilities Provides systematic support utilizing various production systems (MES, Salesforce, Oracle) for execution of the production processes Utilizes MES to track and document exceptions (flags) to orders Utilizes Oracle to support the physical & systematic movement of inventory through the Lab (Inbound through Outbound) Collaborates with other internal teams to troubleshoot systematic issues with Production orders and inventory Assists Lab Operations personnel in creation of NonConformance tickets to ensure proper information is documented for Supplier Management Performs inventory validation checks to support Lab Operations & Order Operations teams in timely execution of orders Communicates effectively & Organized
