18.00-20.00 Local Manufacturing Company is seeking a 1st shift candidate for a Manufacturing Associate position! Hours are 5:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday-Friday. Starting pay $18/hr. This Manufacturing Associate position is a full-time, permanent position. As part of the production team, the employee supports department processes while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and team collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate machines according to standard procedures Follow all customer and company requirements Read technical drawings and blueprints Ensure parts meet quality and specification standards Accurately record production and operating data Set up and adjust machines for efficient operation Use measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and micrometers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including end-of-shift cleanup Support process improvements and work collaboratively with the team Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to speak and write fluent English. Ability to work overtime as required on short notice. History of dependability and responsibility in the workplace. Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Basic math skills and ability to read tape measures. Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Ability to read technical drawings and operate precision equipment. Cooperative attitude and strong team orientation

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary 50% of the time working with a computer Must be able to move up to 15 pounds at times for various needs.
